That Nasty Virus! - Canada Encourages Mask Upgrade

Many of you are aware of the stock of KN95 Masks we currently have here at We Sustain Wholesale. We are trying to do our part to keep COVID at bay and were able to get stock in when many others couldn't.

Canada has once again suggested that we turn to N95 or KN95 masks rather than the cloth masks we are using since these masks were scarce for a while. Now that they are more readily available, we are being encouraged to use these masks instead.

  • Three-layer cotton mask: FFE 26.5%

  • Non-woven polypropylene mask with fixed earloops: FFE 28.6 %

  • Medical procedure masks (surgical mask): FFE 38.5 %

  • N95 respirator: FFE 98.4 %

"Studies, including research by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), indicate that the snug fit of N95 masks prevents air leakage, which is part of the reason they outperform many other surgical masks when filtering out droplets infected with the COVID-19 virus."

Help us to help you do our part to stop the spread of COVID which is on the incline once again.

Things that the We Sustain staff found about our KN95 Masks:

  • comfortable even after hours

  • high enough on the nose to prevent glasses from fogging up

  • easier to breath in than a cloth mask or surgical mask

  • can wear a few times before needing to toss it (3 - 4 times)

Read the latest mask post on CBC News and watch the 2 videos too! They are very informative. https://www.cbc.ca/.../n95-masks-health-canada...

Thank you for reading this, and checking out the link to CBC. Remember out masks have also been greatly reduced. Link to website Masks.
